RETURNS

At maison la rêverie, we want you to love what you’ve ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges.

Enjoy free returns on all orders, excluding sale items.

Standard Purchase: Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving the order.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale, are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

To process your return or exchange, please ensure:

- Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is included.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the conditions of our return policy. You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.

Refund Process: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed. The amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

Any changes will be posted on this page. By making a purchase from maison la rêverie, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this 30-day returns policy

SHIPPING

We strive to ensure that your orders are processed quickly and efficiently. All items will be handled and shipped within 1-3 business days of your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but you can generally expect the following shipping estimates:

Domestic Shipping: 3-5 business days
European Shipping: 5-7 business days

Please note that these are general timeframes and may vary slightly due to external factors such as customs delays or regional holidays. We are committed to providing a seamless and timely shipping experience.

All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. We do not process online orders on weekends or Swiss public holidays.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

maison la rêverie ships on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis within European Union, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are paid at the time of purchase and there will be no surprises or hidden fees when your order arrives at your destination. Any duties and taxes we pay to clear your delivery are non-refundable.
